DUAL IMSI Project- Project Support:
Duties included:
• Scheduling of meetings, following up and ensuring completion of action items, coordinating meetings with both internal and external resources (BTC and Vodafone)
• Ensuring Role clarity:-This involved making sure that both the technical team and commercial team understood their responsibilities, expectations and accountabilities
• Ensuring that the technical team tested the sim cards and network to see if the roaming instructions were practical and that the roaming would switch on as per instructions.

Broadband Project -Project Support:
Duties included:
• Procuring of bandwidth from other telecommunication companies for the project
• Liaison between BTC and other carriers to ascertain if they had space on their towers where BTC could install their equipment.

• Procurement of Network services(Transmission backbone,Internet (IPT),Very-small-aperture terminal (VSAT) Bandwidth)
• Relationship management- Development and maintenance of strong relationships with carrier Account Management and Service Management teams
• Attending to internal enquiries relating to carrier contract terms and conditions and Master Service Agreements {MSA}
• Preparation of termination rates and hubbing rates for further processing and loading into the system and implementation by the Operations Department.
• Assisting in all Pre-Sales queries quotes and requests
• Supporting internal order management and operational escalations to carriers by driving escalations through the appropriate Carrier/Supplier Account and Service Management teams
• Coordination of Carrier/Supplier Service Review Meetings (SRMs) for the communication of commercial and performance issues and ensuring that the appropriate response and remedial actions are agreed (e.g. Delivery and Operational SLA non-adherence for all circuit deliveries and outages, failing processes, escalation chains, billing issues etc.)
• Monitoring and evaluation: Measuring Carrier/Supplier key performances against SLA’s through existing reporting mechanisms whilst investigating and recommending ways to improve existing reporting methods
• Custodian of carrier/supplier operational documentation including (but, not limited to); RFO reports, carrier/supplier compensation, carrier/supplier escalation matrices, O&M manuals and SLA summaries.
• Responsible for the carrier/supplier compensation tracking process; recording, requesting, agreeing, issuing and receiving compensation from carriers/suppliers for Delivery and Operational SLA non-performance/adherence
• Updating and consolidating the Key Performance Indicator report (KPI)
